Veronika plays a vital role as an experienced full-time sailor and hunter aboard Flagship. She's not new to recruitment either. However, her primary exposure has been education, specifically the education of preschoolers and adults.

However, the private sector and the tough challenges of offshore recruiting are more indicative of her cut-throat sailor's mouth and temperament. Veronica's high work rate is the driving force aboard Flagship EXECUTIVE SEARCH. Even Captains Michal and Hanka sometimes find it difficult to keep up with Veronika. So you can imagine that when they all grip their oars tightly, it's a real wind in their hair.

Veronika´s private life is varied. It's not just the two rascals who keep Mom busy enough to keep her busy. But also a lot of hobbies. Among other things, you can easily meet Verča somewhere in society, because she has written on her forehead that she is a sociable and extroverted person. So it's always busy and cheerful around her.
