Lenka has been navigating the recruiting waters for over 5 years. She started her voyage as an HR support in a manufacturing company team, from where the wind took her to foreign waters - specifically to England, where she was anchored as an au pair.

However, after a year when she temporarily changed course towards an assistant director role, she is back on board and fully committed to talent hunting - from white collar to management captains. In her spare time, Lenka doesn't hesitate to go out for sports, preferring to play volleyball or practice yoga. She also often goes on long hikes in the countryside with her boyfriend, or steers her mum's two rippers.

The work of a recruiting sailor consumes her so much that she sometimes doesn't know when to pull up anchor and return to port. Fortunately, it's also thanks to the great crew of Flagship fleet, and with a team like that, it's a joy to sail even the wildest waters!
