She has been recruiting since 2010. During her career she has had the opportunity to fish in small ponds and large waters and for the last 10 years she has been at the helm of a rather large Fleet. If there's one thing she's really good at, it's handing out assignments to her crew. However, she is also a skilled sailor who is not afraid of the rake and cleaning the deck of the boat. Her specialty in recruiting has always been primarily managerial or engineering roles.

She enjoys complicated assignments and challenges. Her biggest work hobby is networking. So you will most often find her with a coffee in hand at a client's place, or at various networking events and conferences she enjoys attending.

In her private life, Hanka is the proud mother of 2 children who listen to her a lot less than her work crew ever did. Hanka is also the enthusiastic (co-)owner of 2 dogs, 2 cats, 3 turtles, 27 fish, 1 hamster and 2 bearded agamas (a royal python and 12 woolly anoles are on the list for Santa in future). She likes to call herself a country girl and is duly proud of it.
